Oprah Winfrey continues to OWN the Forbes thrown!
Winfrey yet again was named Forbes 2012 list of Hollywood’s highest paid women, earning about $165 million in a year. Even with her oh so popular daytime talk show, The Oprah Winfrey Show, taken off TV last May, she is making a pretty nice profit from her OWN network and O Magazine giving her a net profit worth $2.7 billion.
Miss Britney Spears reigned in at number two earning a whopping $58 million throughout the year. Seems like the X Factor judge racked up a nice chunk of change which barely beat out one of country music’s favorite ‘Cover-girl,’ Taylor Swift who rounded out the top three earning $57 billion.
What other A-listers made the Forbes cut?
Coming in fourth was a tie between ‘Diamonds’ singer Rihanna and daytime television host Ellen DeGeneres, who both made a solid $53 million. The Grammy-Award winning artist was recognized earlier this year for her success on social media by being named number four on Forbes Celebrity 100.
The mother of all monsters herself, Lady Gaga, made some major dough through her Born This Way tour and album, earning her the number five spot along side singer and actress, Jennifer Lopez where they both raked up $52 million.
Rounding out the list of Forbes highest paid women were Katy Perry, model Gisele Bundchen, and Judge Judy Sheindlin who all made $45 million within the last year.
